  This Offer is only good on those Specific Toro and Troy-Bilt Products that we  have listed as having free shipping.

These Toro aTroy-Bilt Products are Shipped Unassembled
in there original crates. Some assembly will be required.

Assembly instructions are included and Basic Tools
and skill we be needed.

Shipping  will be free only to a Business location that
can recieve and unload a 53' tractor trailor.

Most folks have them shipped to their workplace
 to avoid residental delivery fees.

Add $50 for Residential or Farm delivery.

Add $50 if a Liftgate is needed.

Add $50 Extra for Metro Zones.

Martha's Vineyard and any other Island Points are
Subject to further charges.

Truck Shipments

Truck freight companies DO NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. Please make arrangements to have extra help on hand in these circumstances. If the shipping company needs to make special arrangements to unload merchandise for customers (such as special lift-gate truck delivery or extra delivery personnel) it is the responsibility of the customer to reimburse the trucking company for these charges. New Haven Power Equipment  will not be responsible for any such additional charges.

Some municipalities and some delivery areas prohibit truck freight delivery in residential areas. In these circumstances, customers may have to arrange picking items up at the local trucking distribution center. New Haven Power Equipment  will not reimburse customers for any such expenses.

Please inspect the product carefully and thoroughly BEFORE signing the shipping receipt. Shipping damage is covered by the truck freight company and not by New Haven Power Equipment . Your signature on the receipt is your acceptance of the merchandise in good condition.

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES of truck freight shipments must be completely arranged by the customer with a local trucking carrier. New Haven Power Equipment cannot be responsible for arranging pick-up of truck freight returns.
