Aluminum Deck Lawn Mower has a Blade Brake Clutch (BBC), so you
do not have to restart the engine when you let go of the safety bail.
This is a great feature especailly for those who frequently have to
stop to move or pickup things in the way.

screen the problem seems to go away.
